Ag you know we were told he does the "behind the scenes work" Bwhaahahaha.....I'd give anything to just see him make a contribution. At best a provincial player, zero skills....zero physicality.

Hell you had an issue with Matfield, Mostert is a sad excuse for a Matfield kind of lock

Mostert is not a typical big built lock but he has an incredible work rate.
He has earned his Springbok colors and done his best but unfortunately not all supporters agree on his efforts.

Mostert improved our lineout delivery…..the mauls improved as a result. He made every one of his tackles and was all over the park. Being in position to make a play may be hard for you to grasp, but it’s part of what makes him effective.

Mostert just had a off day. Overall definitely not a useless player. If anyone must take a long break is Willie le roux.

Not to worry - Du Toit will be back soon - in all the tests this year it is clear that he was really missed. Du Toit disrupted the functioning of the opposition backline and is the real deal when it comes to the functioning of the team as a whole. Whenever he plays the team is 20% better than they normally are..
