Mother Nonu lazy again in SuperXV

Sean Fitzpatrick was commenting how lethargic Nonu was in his cover defence. Instead of sprinting back, it is just a Sunday morning stroll for Mother Nonu. Stephan Lewis the Sharks lock outstripped him to hack ahead and created a try for the Sharks to score.
No wonder mother Nonu was the person no one wanted to sign

Nonu was not only lazy and slow in cover defense. he was handled like a puppet by Jordaan when he tried to carry balls.   The poor guy must have severe aches and pains after that encounter. 
No wonder he shoulder charged Jordaan early in the game and got away with it.  I suppose he wanted to take Jordaan out of the game - but was singularly unsuccessful in that.   Incide ntally the bugger should have been carded for a late shoulder charge in that case.   

 That shoulder charge...that should have been a red card.Back in the day if Butch James did that it was a straight yellow,no questions asked.WHY DO THESE PLAYERS FORM NEW ZEALAND GET AWAY WITH BLATANT FOUL PLAY.!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

 Nonu never performs shoulder charges. He protects his injured shoulder. Ask Hansen. He will tell you.

But come on girls, stop squealing about the unfair refs, we all know that in every game there are missed calls & mistakes (& some impossible calls too - highlanders try/almost try). This weekend was no exception.

I do believe the TV monitor got that near try of the Highlanders wrong.  After all a rugby ball is not flat nor round.  A ball can have a minute part of it above the line without touching it.  The TV monitor must have wanted to see the Crusaders remaining in run for the trophy otherwise it would not have been his decision.
That being said - the refs and especially the TV refs must be scratching their heads about how they get things wrong a lot of times.  

However, this topic will be mulled over on the various rugby programmes this week and we can expect some fireworks again.   

Even with the technology there is the human element. 
It's hard to understand some of the mistakes when the TMO is used. You may have noticed this weekend that nearly all tries were referred to the TMO & a lot of other calls too. 
Refs are trying to get it right but in the mean time they are so concerned that they could get it wrong they are slowing the game down & muting our celebration of tries - we have to wait for a whole series of replays before the decision. I am sure it will get sorted but fans complaining about every call that doesn't go their way doesn't help the game IMO.

 How about the blatant forard pass the Blues did and yet got awarded a try. Bent TMO as well. No excuse for it.
