Mike says you are taller than 178 cms, which he claims he is....but older chaps shrink a bit. So I'd say taller than 176 cms is probably more accurate. You yourself claimed you were 6 feet, which was a total lie....and then you told us you were 180 cms, which is under 5' 11". I would say 5' 10" is probably about right.
As for weight that's harder to judge, but my honest guess would be about 220 lbs.

However, another clarification.....I know Saffex very well indeed. He is neither short nor fat and I am not blind/infatuated ( as Mozart usually claims )/ being paid a hefty sum to back up Saffex nor am I a liar. I am 5ft 3 and a bit and I can't wear heels.....Saffex is a lot taller than me. I probably come up between his waist and chest area and he is pretty much in proportion for his height :) As I said once before, I haven't actually measured him. I don't think I am that sad and obsessive and I really do have better things to do with my time !!!

Well now, I am suitibly sized at 1.90cm (6"2 and a bit) and I weigh +-96kg's. Which makes me the perfect size for centre or maybe fullback....there is however a wee problem, a lot of the muscle of ten years back, has been replaced by "insulation" and I haven't even played a game of touch rugby, let alone full contact, in 10 years. What is the point you may ask? There isn't one....just like this whole thread. Seriously guys, is this the best we can come up with to chat about?

I may be less, I'm not denying the facts as they may exist.
When I met with Sapp I expected a giant. He had regaled us over the years with tall tales of his immense frame. You can imagine my surprise when this plump, shortish chap announced himself. I found myself comfortably taller than him, which I registered because of his prior boasting. More alarming was his obviously excessive girth......which led to the problem of securing him a suitable jacket at my club.
Frankly I was amazed when in later postings he still claimed to be a big man......six footish is his latest bending of the truth. To me six footish is somewhere between 5 11.5 " and 6" O.5 ". it's not 5' 10".
Like most credibility crises, it's not the event but the denial that is so revealing. Who cares how tall Dave is......the fact that he lies about it in open forum tells us about his character. That's all.

Saffex, simple solution man. Take a phot of yourself now (must have the date on the corner or stand in front of your fridge as no one will have a pic like that lying around from years ago and this will help gauge the height) and upload it as you profile pic.

Nope, I am more than happy to have the likes of Rooinek, Becs and Mike confirm my actual size.....which is anything but short and fat. I have been described as many things - short is not one of them. Average height, big build is what I am. Am too lazy for gym these days and there is alot more grey in that hair these days.
