Mike thanks, but I have bought it on my Kindle. Right now I’m reading the latest Dan Brown book but I’ll report back in due course.

Buy the damn book and stop sending free copies around. It is available for purchase on Kindle and other ebook platforms too and to the best of my knowledge most physical bookstores have received the next batch of prints. There's no reason for distributing illegal copies of it.

Pakie, I read an article where Jaques Pauw said that he would prefer if people buy the book but that he does not mind that those who can't afford it read the illegal copies. Obviously most, if not all of us can afford to buy it. I received a copy via Whatsapp. Did not ask for it. Started reading, but don't get too much time for reading. I intend to buy a hard copy for my book shelf before Christmas. I do most of my reading on the phone, but I've got a thing for books and like to have physical copies of some special books.

PS, I don't pirate and believe authors should get full compensation for their work. That goes for music, gaming and movies too. Not saying I'm squeaky clean, but I try.

Gotcha Draad And fair enough Mike, but don't pass it along for free. I know the author said he is not totally against it as Draad mentioned, but writers already take home such a pittance that it's a shame how people just send on ebooks as if it has no real effect. Pauw probably has other sources of income, but many writers don't. In South Africa even the top locally published fiction writers aren't exactly getting rich. People don't realize that, of the R250 you typically pay for a new book, the author only gets about R12 to R15 or so.
No, I've not read it. I find most things politics related incredibly boring, and I already know Zuma is corrupt. I got the gist of the boo k via the media and that's enough.
