Just a question - did you not say Ford is no-good?  Was he not the man of the match last week?  He is still at flyhalf in the English team - so what now?

Yep he was great....gained all of 4 metres. So what was he great at? You got it kicking....he kicked 6 times more than he ran and 3 times more than he passed.
It was in fact a very decent Morne like display of tactical kicking....except of course Morne wouldn't have needed Farrell around to kick the goal kicks.
So the strategy of not one but two kickers worked....and you apparently are in awe.
Over to you Tokkie, explain what it is in Ford's game you admire.

Morne as a tactical kicker is as far away as the east is from the west - he is more known for aimless and inaccurate kicking out of hand.  He is the only flyhalf  whose kicking game was described by commentators on the air as BS.   Ford reads games well and implement strategies to the advantage of his team - that includes his kicking game as well.  However, nothing will convince you he is not a poor flyhalf - but your support of duds lke Morne  and Francois Steyn - indicates a total absence of knowledge of  what is really required of a flyhalf.

It includes all facets of the game - but you will not understand that - since you claim that 90% of the proficiency of flyhalfs are related to kicking.

Jones is the person who selected him - Mozart is the chap who ridiculed him as poor - so whom of the two  must we believe in this case? Plain question.

Here's  an even simpler question Tok what did Ford  do apart from kicking the ball.

The man discussed is George Ford - not George North - the wing.
