Really? I still see some of his posts on this website. 
He does provide entertainment value and it is fun to wind him up, but with his "over"- swearing, he is allways going to run the risk of being penalized. A red card. 

 Why ? theres at least one other worse than S  on here by a big margin [ not even counting beandork] .He seemed OK to me ,never saw him attack someone over their race like that knows  sweet F.A git .

Well he has no way of answering you, does he ? But he has and there have been complaints made against him.
So I suppose one would have to ask those who complained why they complain about him and not others. 
 He just asked me to let you all know he won't be around anymore because he has been banned. I know no more than that ! 

 Ridiculous .....so how come that FA squeezer got banned and is back ?If ya cant take a bit of language take it up with the person I didnt think he did anything worse than some on here .And you cant swear on here now anyway .

 To be fair, i think it had more to do with his racial slurs than his swearing.
One can't walk around calling people dutchmen and then asking others if they are still running from their oppressors
(I think that was a bit distasteful in light of the fact that the person he said it to was a victim of severe racial abuse and had to flee SA in years gone by as a result... and Saf knew it)

Im sure he will be back though. Ed has banned another bloke before. It lasted a week or so.

 Yes that was pretty poor form and way out of line.

I think Dawie was getting bored & engineered his own departure .............did something similar on another board, goading the admin to take action over his racist slurs & cuss words ............... but he'll do an Arnie methinks .

There is of course the possibility that Dave had a warning.and ignored it. I will miss the argy bargy with him if he doesn't get back in again. There are still a few unanswered questions. LOL

Well now, this is an interesting development! Saff was often overly animated, but it is that type of abrasiveness that keeps things interesting here. I for one would like him back, his crazy comments got people going here more often than not. 
Come on Ed's, he's had a slap on the wrist now, if he can just tone things down a bit I am sure we can all get along. 
Mike, I can't speak for Moz, but after years of heated exchanges between himself and Saff, I see no reason why he would now suddenly try to get Saff banned. I am sure Moz enjoyed their back and forth as much as we did reading it.  

 well if he made racial slurs then thats just damn stupid. i missed that stuff i dont really read any of the threads that arent rugby related. if they go off topic i dont really read them anymore. so yeah i missed that.

Don't take offence or do you have a gulity cnscience - I merely asked a question?   Mozart nearly flipped as well - but he did ask for the removal of a threat - which could have been the final straw breaking the camels back insofar as Ed is concerned. 
Dave is abusive - but he has his own ideas about rugby and that is his privilege.  I do not think that abusive language on this site is acceptable - and normally don't start with it.
The expert in that is Mozart - especially when he gets abusive to players he does not like - dreadully false descriptions on what happened in matches, msking false statements and then adding nicknames for the players  is his forte.    I sometoies lose my temper and he deserve the susequent attack.
Insofar as I am concerned I support the Springbok team - but some selections are sickening and totally undeserved, taking into account performances over the past year.   
Be it as it may - the horse has bolted and my sympathy is entirely with Dave in this case.   If I was him I would just start a new e-mail address and re-aplly changing my username and password.

As far as I can recall Moz said that there was nothing that he said to Ed that he didn't say to Dave as well.

Oh and BTW, you are the last one to point any fingers on here. How many times have you not asked for this, that and the other to be banned? If memory serves me correct, you even started a few threads, asking for people to be banned. So, my advise is to stop trying to figure out who banned Saffe x, and rather try and figure out why he got himself banned. Surely the administrators are not that limp-wristed to just ban someone because a few people were b'tching about him. I am quite sure that the administrators would have done a proper investigation and then decided whether or not his behaviour warranted a suspension.

Whether or not he was reported or not, it is after all his own behaviour that was the determining factor.

Very strongly disagree with Saffex being banned. 
Probably ou windpomp is trying to ruin the board by reporting Saffex and getting him banned - doing here what they did on kamp ss. Stuff up the board.

Shame uncle Ed, you should really have a nice talk with him, he is very pig headed and seldom takes kindly to advice but you can try.  Then let the old bugger back in here.  There are not many on here that can spot a talent like he can.  Some of his recent "successes" were Tate, Jantjies, SP Marais, Catrakillis, Goosen etc.

1. Jumping to conclusions.
2. Making assumptions.
   
3. Avoiding the issue.

 Cerudunce windpomp whatever I do is very mild in comparison to your goings on. But that it could have been you certainly crossed my mind.
