Mike a great was Carel Du Plessis. Muller has a great deal to prove.

Note what happened to Senatla in the 15 man code. Let's see how this promising player goes.

The player I felt has the goods was Werner Kok. Wonder what the future holds for him. H ow old is he.

Do not understand what happened to the message.  Please look at the following link

Muller du Plessis

There is also a number of videos on site coveruing his gmes as a schoolboy, as an Under20 player and as a Blitzbok,

Then come back and tell me about the guy and especially why that piss-pot Union of yours did not contract the guy.

Mike we have desperately poor management.

Pollard was down here but Bulls landed him.

Beeno

Aside from Du Plessis - the Stormers also lost out on Chait - Flyhalf  and Smith - center - who both played for Maties in the Varsity Cup.

To get back to Du Plessis.   I watched this guy in Sevens and he is exceptional - any guy scoring three tries against Fiji in a Sevens game is.   You should also see him running away from the NZ sevens players,

There is an Under 20 video when the English player believed he vanished and did not know where he was until he came into sight a few meters further on just before he scored a try.

I think he is the future replacement of Willie le Roux at full back.  Has twice the speed of Willie anyway,

He will play in the Cape Town Sevens.  Go and watch it  and give us a report on the guy.

Agreed, he looked fast but a bit flimsy when I saw him in the 7's.

Definitely not one to fast track, he's still growing into his body. Don't want to wreck him like we did Goosen.

Mozart

He is still the better sevens player than even Kolbe.  One thing is for sure - whenever you start finding fault with a player he is bound to be top quality.   Your record in that regard is only equaled by AO.

Anyway a certainty as a Springbok and the definite replacement of Le Roux at full back in two years time.

I just remember when you said the same thing about Ruhan Nel, against my advice.

I did not say anything like that about Ruan Nel - your advice on player selection and coaching  borders on the disastrous.

Gosh this sounds very much like you were predicting Nel was going to be Bok, much like Muller:

As per normal I was spot on with two forecasts,  namely the -

*   fact that Louw fouled up too much and that he will not be back in the Springbok squad; and

*    Ruan Nel would be a consideration and included in the squad. t

That despite all the BS spread by Mozart.

Mozart

Nel was in the training squad and Louw was not.   I did not say anytime that Nel was a certainty for selection at all - I merely remarked on the training squad at the time.  In any event do you know there is a prop by the name of Louw as well?   Amazing how rugby idiots function when they suffer from delusion.

Something is very weird with the above quote.   It was made in September 2018 and contain names I never recommended ever for selection such as Esterhuizen.  Who is Andre Etzebeth - Eben's brother??!!!!

Franco Mostert?????

Cannopt believe I wrote tripe like that.   Reading in another post into a new one opens itsleef up to changes and I do not trust some posters on site at a ll.

Anyway the thread is about Du Plessis already trashed by Mozart.   Lets wait and see what happens in his case.  One thing I do know is that Erasmus knows what is best for SA Rugby - his detractors have been thoroughly disgraced and I believe he sees real talent when others go gaga about selections.

It was a prediction Muck....a prediction of what you thought the Bok team was going to be. Just as you predict in this string that Muller du Plessis is going to be Bok. You denied it...I proved you did it.

As for Andre Etzebeth....just another of your hilarious verbal blunders. Mrs Malaprop had nothing on Mr Muck.
