Sport 24 reports that Lwazi Mvovo and Francois Hougaard have been added to the Protea . . . I mean Springbok . . . squad to travel to Australia and New Zealand for the away matches in the RC.

It doesn't look like things will be getting better anytime soon!

Off topic, RIP Gene Wilder.

Both failures ... they should fit right in with Louw and Morne.
Enjoyed Wilder's "Stir Crazy" over the weekend.
83 was it? Quite an innings! Heard it was a tough last 10 years.

Hougaard is good on a fast pitch, Mvovo is a quota past his best

Seems Coetzee will be bringing more and more retired players back from Europe.
Thought he wanted to focus on home talent.
He's already lost the plot.

Once again your memory fails you....I was the first poster who said Hougaard is no scrumhalf. Just as I was the first poster to say Goosen, JJ, Jesse Kriel, Allende, Mvovo, Jantjies, Malherbe and Watson among others had  serious issues.

I took flak for that, but eventually you and the mob catch up.

But ... but ... but ... Mozart ... we have no talent here, right? That's what you said ... isn't it?
If you've forgotten what you said ... it's the third post up. Go ahead ... read it ... or edit it ...
Then it's this ... then it's that ... ??
If you're going to sell us your tall stories then at least decide on which one is more viable and stick to it. It's less confusing for all of us.

Not sure if Moffie was the first to say anything about any of the above players but I'm pretty sure he was the first to also say the complete opposite depending on what kind of a game the player in question played.

If anyone wants an example of Moffie's lies and opportunism, just go back to the week after the Lions beat the Crusaders in the Super Rugby semifinals when Elton Jantjies had a great game. You'll see posts from Moffie where he's claiming he was Elton Jantjies biggest fan and practically discovered him. A week later, Elton had a below par performance in the Final and Moffie was back to slagging him off, claiming he'd never rated him.

Yes ... a few weeks back he was talking Goosen up ... I see he's done a 180 on that one too now.

Moffie tries very hard to come across as some kind of rugby guru which is actually quite funny because he's clearly never played a game of rugby in his life and he wouldn't recognise rugby talent if it slapped him so hard through his wrinkled face that his wig fell off.

Luckily for those of us who enjoy the unintentional humour that Moffie provides, he also has a few Gimps who have bought into his pompous bluster and who squabble and fight with one another every day for the right to lick the old fossil's tailpipe clean.

Funny thread.  Tokkie is getting a little thrill because Goosen is finally a functional club player. Although I note he is still learning, admits he still needs the help of the players around him, and is mostly not playing 10.

Those who claimed this guy was never going to be the answer to Bok 10 are looking good.

Enjoy your crow CC.....if I have said anything positive about Goosen or Jantjies it was always factual and qualified. Something like Jantjies had a good game, but we will have to see if he can perform when the team is under pressure. Unlike you two I don't lie about facts.....you can't argue against a good game. But you can have reservations about the future, and I always have held onto those reservations about both Jantjies and Goosen.
Grow up children.

 Haaaaaaaaaahahahahaha.
You and I both l know what you said.
You certainly are skilled at twisting the truth, I'll give you that.
Then it's this ... and then it's that. As I suggested earlier, decide on the bullsh!t story you want to sell us and stick to it. Chopping and changing all the time just makes you out to be a bigger fool than first anticipated.
Just a suggestion.
