My pet hate Bok side
I think you left out Mohoje by accident, For the rest I am 100% with you. One should always base the issue on actual performances and there is not much missing i n the above iro actual substandard performances.
Wait for pollution by Mozart and AO to follow.

I don’t mind Oupa at all he is not big enough for a test blindside but he is a good provincial standard player
Kirchner
Hougaard
Kriel
Francois Venter
Mvovo
Lambie
Louis Schreuder
Greyling
Chiliboy
Marcel van der Merwe
Boome
Quinton Davids
Watson
Kolisi
Notsche

Now there’s a team that couldn’t beat a good club team.
To be fair, Greyling had one test. He didn't give himself much of a chance. Went onto the field to lamp out every A ll Black he could find and that's the last we ever saw of him!
Watson should never have ben anywhere near the Springbok squad - neither should Werner Kruger, Both were there because they happened to play for the Bulls and ckueles Meyer claimed he was familiar with them as the reason for selection. I would eprhapos have Werner Kruger ahead of Marcel van der Merwe if I was Mozart.

I would perhaps have Werner Kruger ahead of Marcel van der Merwe if I was Mozart. There were two things clear about those two - their combined intelligence was ahead of AO who managed to just fail against the two of them together,
Meyer never selected Watson, who played the last of his 10 caps in 2008 . Werner toured with the Boks in 2010. Had nothing to do with Meyer's Boks. Another fail by Liar Mike.
Safesex, that actually isnt a bad side!
I'd include Dave van Hoesslin and Gaffie du Toit though.
Maybe Dawie Theron too.
Russell Bennett. Where is Russell Bennett?
And Theo van Rensburg?
Ian McDonald and Jannie Breedt?
Why not Alberts at 7 - a player totally unable to make breakdown turnovers and slow and a poor defender because of lack of pace,
Alberts has left a void that has yet to be filled. He was a monster and Meyer utilized him well. His injuries severely hurt the side in 2014 and 2015. Nobody was able to replicate what he brought to the table.
AO
You stupid idiot you scream about turnovers and then champions a player totally incapable of making any turnovers - with zero ability whatsoever to play a role in breakdown ball protection and recovery and similar when it comes to breakdown turnovers, He was totally pace-deficient and totally devoid in ball skills.
A slow and useless player in virtually all facets of play - a loosie who was not one and a lock he was not - what was he?
