My Springbok starting XV (Given the squad, etc)

I would have chosen Gelant to start had it not been that Coetzee has been one of the more solid backline players. 

Centre is where the biggest issues are.....It looks like the revolving Delande is going to be starting, with the utility Kriel at 13 
Kriel is not a centre- and had Gelant more experience under Mitchell at centre he could have taken this spot. Also, the centre combination has been broken up with the loss of Jan Simpletein. Now we are left with a player whos best games have been at 15. 
The Lions centre duo would be a logical choice- and the fact that they can both play inside and outside centre- and are specialist centres
Loose forward is also a problem- and has been since the loss of Vermeulen. Marx cant do all the work of the loosies. Kolisi needs to pick up early season form- and also contribute to the breakdown.As does Francious Louw- who is picked for his breakdown ability. -----------

 And for a change Louw should turn up at the game.   Buthe can be replaced by even a worse player in Cassiem or the useless Mohoje.  
we have talent aplenty - yet we have to select duds to play for the Springboks.    

Step abandons ship and we are left with Allende and no doubt the unproven notion of playing Pollard at 12....these coaches are something else.

With this squad selection, it is going to be extremely difficult to field 15 players of test standard.
Disappointed is not the word but understandable and expected with the guys at the helm.
Clueless to put it mildly.

 Pillard is a 10 that plays like a 12. The position should come natural to him, but I doubt that we would see it.

I would like to see Pollard at 12 as he has an all-round game- when in form. The problem is having them both on the pitch at the same time, could see Bosch playing if th e injuries pile up.

Think with your head for a change.   Pollard has not played 50 minutes rugby in near to  2 years and you want to play him as starting center.   The last time he played at center was in the Varsity Cup in 2013.    
    

The 1st choice position is on the left named, with supporting match day or marginal and players towards the right? 

Read with your eyes Tokkie for a change, I’m criticizing the idea that Pollard is suggested by many to play 12.

So SharkSh!t ... you want to play PSDT at flank, Flouw at 8th man, Pollard at inside centre, Am at inside centre and Gelant at outside centre or at wing.

That's 5 players out of position ... and to your mind that is a good team ... right? All you need is HouGat the superstar and I'm sure we'll rule the world.

I also see your match 23 is in fact a match 26. I take it you are aware that when they refer to a "match 23" that they actually only had 23 players in mind ... right? The number "23" is the clue ...

 

SB I like your tight 5! They would give any team in the world a hard time. For the rest, as CC has mentioned. Too many players out of position.
