Haha Moz, yes I heard this comment live & thought the “official refs” need to listen more to the kiwi players. Of course in this case it was Whitelock talking & he was the captain for the crusaders & is entitled to give his opinion.

Our rugby commentators are unpleasant at best....likewise the Aussies. But I do enjoy the dry NZ sense of humour.

Great organization the Marines....a colleague of mine took a bullet in Vietnam ...a bit down it would have hit the heart, a bit across it would have exploded the shoulder. Another was a landing craft pilot and our driver was a flame throw operator in Nam.....both high fatality assignments.
I have attended a number of Marine events and always come away humbled, so many were injured or lost friends. And the culture is one of service and camaraderie.
