It s assumed that Meyer will select the following team to start against Australia next week - so lets start with that one:-
15 Le Rooc, 14 Hendricks, 13 De Allende, 12 De Villiers, 11 Habana, 10 Steyn, 9 Pienaar, 6 Vermeulen, 7 Coetzee, 6 Louw, 5 Matfield, 4 Etzebeth, 3 Jannie le Roux, 2 Strauss, 1 Mtawarire
We have been saved of the enmbarrassment to have the lzay low work rate Alberts in the mic and at least we will have a functional back row - but there are still a lot of answers the test next week will provide.
The litany of questions is substantial 0 so lets start now.
* Will the Argentinians be able to humilate the AB forwards in scrums the same way they did to the SA scrum?
* Will Jannie again fail in scrumming and defense against Australia and will he give away his usual number of penalties in the process?
* Will Victor Matfield be bumped off like so many players did to him, be tossed out of maul situationsm carried back in tackles, be unable to make any contribnution to Tight 5 play and scrumming - while doing well in line-outs - all of which he did before?
* Will Piebaar made as many aimless kicks as he did in the Argentinian tests and will his service be as pedestrian as it was in the recent tests?
* Will Morne Steyn make as many errors in attack and defensem as well as poor decsion making and bad out of hand kicks like he did so many times before in the RC?
I am not sure of any postive contributions being made by the above-mentioned players - but hope against hope that they will prove me wrong.
If th above team is selected - all we can hope for is to limit the loss against Australia to reasonable figures in any event.
