Nice, France- another terrorist attack

What a terrible world we are living in.    A crowd in Nice was watching fireworks on the beachfront on Bas tille Day when a truck drove into them killing at least 80 people.   There were arms on the truck and the driver was shot dead by the gendarme - President Hollarde said it was a terrorist attack.   

 Mikey it is very sad and all and I feel great sorrow for the French.But it belongs elsewhere not on a rugby blog .It invites too much disrespect up here and idiots like beeno will view it as a platform for more racist garbage .Life is sad enough innit ?
