I watched both the past two games between New Zealand and England with keen interest and especially looked out for the performances of McCaw. The stats reflecting the real situation was as follows:-
Sad to say but neither of the above reflect a top international open-side loosie. His ball carries were poor - to the point of insignificance and the tackle he missed before the first English try = reminded me of the Alberts tackle efficiency. His missed tackle ratio (23,8%) is way too high to even being remotely acceptable.
Time for a change is necessary and I think that Hansen start thinking serioously about a replacement for this once great rugby player - he is showing signs of becom ing a liability, rather than an asset.
