France used to be one of the best teams in the world, typically the best in the Northern Hemisphere for ages.
However, the last 10 years they have been pathetic.
This new team looks like an old French team, with all the skill.
Many of them are still very young, so they are only going to get very better.

Yes French rugby is looking good after several years of being in a slump. The youngsters showed this fact in junior championships over the last few years and it's coming through now. Always an indicator to what the later senior sides will produce in the future.
They could well take the the 6N and be a big threat in the next RWC.

I saw that youngster Ntamack playing Under 20 rugby and he looked real star material. He is a natural and was the new Workd Rugby Player of the year in 2020.
The other thing that is beginning to show up now is the fact that France won the under 20 WC two years in a row and those youngsters are coming through in leaps and bounds already. Sure - watch o ut for them in 2023.

Yes Ntamack is a star, just like his dad was, but Antoine Du Pont the scrummy is unreal...a scrumhalf that dwarfs the rest.
