kenya are still a very green team, they score a try to take the score to 26-12 and the try scorer screws around as if resigned to the fact theyve lost the match.
he wasted a good 40-50 secs there, which in 7s is a life time.

a bit more urgency was need and i hope the coach gives him a boot up the bum for it, tiejesn would have dropped anyone who wasted that much time, regardless of who it was, thats the differenc ebetween the elite teams and the good teams.

australia score with 2:30 left on the clock, score is 14-5

kiwis need to listen to the ref, i dont believe they cant hear the ref say leave it. too many penalties been given away.

Sasue

Don't get overly excited abou this win - it was a freakish weekend where the Kiwis at last won their second tournament of the year.  Teams do under-perform if they won the Scotish leg of the series so it is normal that the top teams in Glasgow will not perform as well in the London tournament and that accounts to a large xtent for the All Blacks win in this case.

Lets wait and see what happens in the London WC when players like Brown and Delport will be back for SA.

 Is that your way of congratulating the AB 7s team Mike? Shit, we can't win with you blokes! You lot were all mouth and trousers last week cos the Bok team beat us and now you excuse your team for a "disgustingly poor" display in London where they beaten twice by the USA , the 2nd one a creaming!

Just like your Springboks.....no consistency or staying power!

@mikey,

teheheheheheehe, :oP

i didnt do a good job of explaining why i was so happy with the london tournament, but here are the key reasons why,,,,

- NZ scored a podium finish in every single tournament, 2 golds, 5 slivers and 2 bronzes
- NZ 7s 173pts means that NZ have the top 5 highest pts in the series history
-  blitzboks inability to make the plate finals now negates the momentum they currently had. they are still a threat, but inconsistencies makes NZ favourites for the 7sWC.
- we won it quite easily despite missing ben lam and dj forbes, both who NZs incumbent forwards. when they get back in the team, our cureent momentum will get a seriouys power boost.
- london leg was the nice cherry on top of the world crown, :o)
