Oh this is very sad. Objective? This must be a poorly timed April fools.

I'd have given Kirchner a 4.....Pienaar a 4.....  Flip a 4....Alberts a 6......and Becker a 6.

For the rest I'd agree with your ratings Mike.

The Cat

Certainly objective.   Kirchner made a number of huge errors.   Norrmally out of position - missed two crucial tackles that led to All Black tries (or rather he did not even attempt to tackle) gave a bad pass to Habana with a try a very real possibility.   Bad news that one.

Morne Steyn ,missed two penalties - fairly easy ones at that.  Passed way to early in the mocvement fluffed by Kirchner, stood way back and did not cause any dangerous moves by the backs.

Those are the two main failures - bar Greyling who should never have been in the team in any event.

You have no business talking to me about Morne Mike, you still have a thread awaiting you elsewhere. Until you see to that, never mention Morne to me ever again.

By the way, Jean was the worst back, making your stats flawed.

Alberts was our best player in the 1st quarter of the game so a 4 is a bit unfair, but the rest of yr ratings are sensible. Certanly much better then the idiotic and patheticaly biassed ratings that the board clown put up earlier!

I am indeed lucky - after his atrocious play today - Morne is likely to be given the boot - and none too early.   So no further discussion necessary.
