One of the main obstacles in a potential Springbok win - is out.  Van der Linde is coming back early - mind you he should never have gone in the first place.   The second obtsacle - Steenkamp - is still not certain of recovery and be able to play on Saturday.  When I wrote the above sentence I nearly wrote "fit to play"  and then changed the wording - since "fit" he never was and hopefully Meyer learnt his lesson and not make a mistake like he did by selecting FATSO.   That basically leave us with 4 props and a better selection scenario than we used to have.

The only remaining obstacle is the  crazy backline strategy used and the poor backline selection cutting out any effective backline attacking play.
