This shouldn’t be a site with an adults only rating. It reminds me of my  time in the navy where eventually all the standard swear words were impotent because they had been used so often.

I really don’t get offended, mostly just bored by these exchanges of the f word and the c word. I’m not entertained to misquote the gladiator.

C’mon chaps you’re better than that.

Agree, it doesn’t offend me but there are plenty more suitable words in the English language. Why not use them?

I am, nothing wrong with the odd swear word.

I am happy to throw the odd one now and again for emphasis.

It's like all thing moderation is the key to it.

I am more the back street auntie bar where I can play my heavy rock and and not be surrounded by obnoxious 20 somethings from Europe listening to shit pop/electronic/rap shite while passed out on the floor because their idea of a night is getting high and acting like twats lol

I don't need foul language to express myself.

I don't speak like that anyway.

It makes some feel tough.

Same goes for a person wearing a tattoo. They want to come across as tough ... till you smack them along side the head ... only to find out that it was all a façade.

It would be nice ...  but ... with Mrs Searle and Stupid Dave ... cant see it happening.

Nice thought though.

I have a tattoo, it's the Crusaders logo over my heart. Didn't get it to look tough. Did it because they are my team.

You are just generalizing, yes there are twats like that but a lot of people get tattoos that mean something.

As for swearing I ran a cable laying gang now those boys did nothing but swear so I guess it means nothing for me.

I will swear occasionally but never around my family or female company.

Doesn't make me less of a man for it. To each their own

That's true, Sader.

I speak under correction but from what I've heard, the Maori wear a tat sleeve on their right arm.

It's part of their tradition and is supposedly symbolic of something.

You'd know better than I .

Oh boy, here we go... lets clean up our act... no real offence but too high brow to be entertained in such manner by the peasantry. Get a fucking life! Oh, but lets not worry ourselves about an admin that dug into his collection of granny porn to change a users avatar. Pfft! Sure don't mind kids and families seeing that... but the f word and other naughty little words... that's pushing it way too far guys. Best behave for our Fuhrer.

That is a tradition with all the Polynesian races.

The original ones denoted standing ie chieftains etc.

Funnily enough the only ones I call a cu@t are my mates it's not taken as an insult or anything  but when said to a stranger it is a serious insult.

(My best friends are Australian and American) maybe it is seen differently in other parts of the world  but insults between friends down this way are seen as good friendship.

My aussie mate calls me cheesedick and the American calls me dickhead, I call them cu@tface and arsewipe.

And it only gets worse when we are out drinking, I actually love it as it shows a bond that none of us get upset.

Do Saffas do this or would it be taken the wrong way?

So what's the Fucking story....Clean cut, are you Rosie as well or what???? You kinda admitted it the other day on a post....isn't it strenuous to be 2 personalities ??? I also have quite a bit of Tattoos....they definitely don't make you tougher....that is just nonsense....rather you get them because they look nice, or they are symbolic or memorialise something special....so don't assume C&R, as assumptions is the Mother of all Fuck ups

Moz I’m not too bothered with any swearing theories out there It’s the best form of expression especially in Afrikaans It’s just a word, it’s harmless really But given you asked so nicely I’ll refrain from using the c word

Power ... Dave insisted I'm him so I went along with it.
I'm not.
Firstly ... I don't have saggy tits.
Secondly, I don't have a British accent. That's a dead giveaway.
and thirdly, I don't need as much therapy as he clearly does.
Common ... do I honestly sound like him? From my perspective ... not even close.

These kids with face tattoos make me lol. I’ve got two, and i don’t fully regret getting them because they can be covered up with clothes and aren’t very big. Imagine having your mug coloured in. I openly laugh at people when i see face tattoos. Wanna look like a clown, get responded to like one.

Tattoos are ugly.

My eldest son disagrees.

It ruins your perfect God given skin. You look like a low life.

Guess I'm old school and not with it anymore.

Thank God for that.

A mate of mine had the Saint tattooed on his pecker.

Now that he suffers the dreaded droop it looks as old as he does.

"A mate of mine had the Saint tattooed on his pecker"

Yeah, I got one on my pecker that just says 'W" when flacid

But when excited it reads "welcome to my world I hope you enjoy the entire experience"

Lol, I wish... I have no tattoos
