At his peak he would have made any international side and for those that followed French club rugby will have known that...a man that even Bakkies Botha respected...hard as nails and was feared by most.
I was a great fan of his and I think even Rooinek rated him highly.
He also played too long...his last wc was last year and was brought in for the Lelos due to a few injuries of key players but he was far from his best.
