What an enjoyable game. Four tries each and a couple of them were pearlers. Best of the lot would have been the 100 metres ‘try’…run from one corner to the other. Brilliant offloads and passes. Unfortunately one, or more actually were forward.

But how delightful to see that gaps can be found and metres can be made passing the ball.

Truth to tell the forward exchanges never looked as fierce as the Lions series. And it’s unclear how all this would balance out….but the beautiful game is still alive after some truly horrible rugby in South Africa.

Netball isn't for everyone.

Unskilled and inaccurate Skop 'N Pop isn't for most fans of the game. The Boks have regressed beyond the dour rugby of Straeuli.

More constructive attacking play in the highlights reel of this game than we saw from the Boks in the entirety of at least the last 2 Lions tests (I haven't seen the first).

The Allblacks are very good when you let them play their game...they've been the best for years and are licking their fingers in anticipation of playing the Boks...I'm hoping for good matches.

Our matches are even more boring than usual when playing Gatland's teams...hoping for a much better show against  NZ and Aus.

In the right context, the Wallabys should have won.

Noah Lolesio, normally a reliable kicker threw away 12 points in the game, being won by the AB's by 8 point difference.

Yes of course - LOL.

No I think you were hoping that was the case.

In reality the All Blacks went to sleep.

After 60 minutes NZ went back into first gear.

The Bledisloe is important and the AB's will close it off next week but there is a

particular team that they are after.

This game was part of the build up for playing the Boks and we still have a long way to go to be ready.

I totally agree.

The AB's are targeting the Boks

Well it was a pleasant change to watch NZ and Australia play. It is said change is as good as a holiday.

Sadly I looked so forward to Lions Series in SA, which only comes once every 12 years...it was an anti-climax and although we won the series it was not the type of rugby I enjoy.

I think the Wobblies are not so bad and I'm sure we will see a recovery soon. Canterbury says the AB's took their feet off the pedals in this game but I say it could have been a real humdinger if Lolesio had his kicking boots on.

Look forward to seeing the Pumas too.

It also is a pity that SA don't play Les Bleus this year...that would be interesting.
