After some deep introspection it occurred to me that my immature nature does not allow for me to create match threads with accurate dates and respectable titles.
I've always been of the belief that one should play to your strengths. As such, I shall continue to assume the responsibility of making childish jabs at players for the sheer sake of annoying other posters. By other posters I mean, well, Dave.

I too have partaken and found tremendous pleasure in the quirky match headline, not unlike the pleasure derived from a sideways glance from a woman of particularly acceptable physical proportion, but like yourself had to lament the difficulty of locating the conversation at a later time.
Where I fail to produce, I would still expect you to step in, of course, and take up my slack, so to speak, as many a woman of particularly acceptable physical proportion and, indeed, less acceptable physical proportion, have had cause to do in the past.

These other fellows like HasBeen, Clever and Blob desperately want to be part of the club. Perhaps accept them as visiting members, their status to be decided after each game based on decorum and respect shown to genuine club members?
All may be afforded a chance to prove themselves worthy, but we shall tolerate no knob jockeys or louts of suspicious persuasion, and no britches hanging slack around the read end below a protruding undergarment, or worse, with worse constituting the unmentionables of said person, and always will be present the expectation of such and such to act in a manner that contributes to the impossible standard already set by ourselves and in servitude to our interests and not vice versa.
Let's is not deal with these potential new members to this club with the suspicion that they surely deserve, based on their previous deeds, those ranging from callous to downright nefarious.
Indeed, let us afford them the opportunity to put their best hooves forward, to turn over a new leaf, and to join this most exclusive club of ours.
Who knows, news of their positive exploits may travel as far and wide as to reach the ears of Dawie. Truly, converting him into a palatable and upstanding member would be this club's greatest achievement.
