I'm so bloody amped for this game.

It's a huge game for a Lions guys. A win and good performance tomorrow will bump many of them up on Rassie's pecking order.

It's a huge game, so it's gonna be nice to see how Quan handles the pressure. I'm holding so many thumbs for him for tomorrow. Cronje too. If he has another nice game we might see Rassie call him up. Venter is already in the fold as far as I'm concerned. Anyone that doubts that has not been watching the Lions lately. I just feel sorry for Francke Horne because it feels like nothing he does will sway Rassie. He just doesn't seem like the type of 8 Rassie wants. Hopefully Browne is pulling for him behind the scenes.

Leinster also battled hard last week...the Lions had a week off...and so many of the Lions boys are hungry.

I feel like Leinster will need a lead going into the second half because they won't win the last 30.

You better be on time Pakie!

I agree it should be a cracker.

The Lions have a real shot here with Leinster fielding a B team . . . no Tommy O'Brien, Lowe, Ringrose, Henshaw, Gibson-Park, Van de Vlier, Doris, Conan in the match 22 and the likes of Keenan, Sheehan and Porter only on the bench.

Hope the Lions make them pay for underestimating them.

Hey ho, Hollie! One of the pleasures of being a man is how easily we find bliss in the little things, eh Plummie?

Of course Hollie told me weekends with you is difficult for her as she struggles to find bliss in the little thing.

Ja man this game should rock, ek is daar. 18:30, I'll even check in early if the bastards try to sneak 15 minutes on me again. I see my dimestore hero Kriel is still at 12, he better punch above his weight.

Plummie, the stars betrayed us.

The Lions abandoned the very game that got them to the top 3 on the log and paid for it, Venter got hurt, Hollie and her blind stooges made a meal of it.

Sad face.

Big time,

I'm far less annoyed by the cancelled try than I am by the kicking business. It's like they felt lucky to be there, like they didn't deserve to be that high on the log, and that they were going out there just to survive. Leinster obviously wanted to apply a rush defence and that was clear within sixty seconds. But kicking isn't the only solution to that. And terrible kicking isn't a solution to anything, ever.

You look back now and think that they were right in the game until the very end despite losing their best forward, having a try cancelled and employing their worst gameplan of the season, and you realise they could easily have won.

But it is also worth remembering that when Venter was banned for that hit on Fassi, they struggled and I think lost most of the games that he didn't play.

And I'm the most gutted for Venter.

Poor guy man. He showed everything this year. Perfect temperament, skill, power, reliability...I honestly cannot think of a box he didn't tick. These bloody kids work their arses off to get where they are and then have to deal with obstacles like this.

I hope the lad doesn't feel too down this morning. And I hope it's not as serious as it looked.

All four SA teams has much to brag about in the Round 17 matches The Sharks did better than expected against a low-rated team and the Bulls weakest team in URC rugby

The Lions forgot their game plan s at home and tried to pla y a band of rugby tat caused them to lose the plot - same as was the case earlier in the seriss.

The Stormers was seriously poor in their match against Uldter- while they not only lost the plot against Ulsfer and lost thei number 1 ranking in the team. -
