Well what do you know? Some people will go to all lengths to discredit their favourite pet hates. Jaque Fourie used to "organise" the back-line defence, during the game, from the days of Jake White. That is no secret and nothing new by Heyneke Meyer unless, of course, you have been out in the dark over the last 7/8 years. Jaque Fourie organised the backline defence like Matfield used to organise the line-outs, JDV the attacking lines, etc. Go read both John Smit and Jake White's books. It is explained in there. That was one of the strengths of JW's side. The number of leaders in the different "sub-divisions" of the team.

He achieves more than Upright Engelbrecht, who would not know what to flap about. He has no clue in any case. Someone (Moz?) compared him to Nokwe. LOL.
I have a lot of faith in PSDT as a young talent with a great future ahead. Engelbrecht? Nahh. Normally good at CC and S15. OK against weaker international sides, but against the top dogs? Forget it.

Your only real weak link there is Pienaar. Rarely tackles. Runs away from tackles in fact. Takes ages to get the ball out. Kicks like crap in general and his box kicks are usually too long.
And a zero percent (0%) win ratio against NZ as starting scrumhalf, as I mentioned in an earlier thread.

So who should we have...let me guess
Van Zyl, Lambie, Serfontein and JJ? Now that will look about as substantial to the Frogs as ile flottante.

Fofana is an inside centre.

Did you have to tell him Moz? LOL
Wait till he hears who was called up to replace Malherbe. His heart won't make it.

Correct me if I am wrong but marcel van der Merwe is a tighthead. Surely he is the one they should have called up. He is avery good prop.

Sure Fofana is an inside center - so the flop in tackles is more likely to be Morne - as was the case in the Elli Park test - but if he gets the ball a bit wider out - the flop is bound to be Fourie. The carthorse will never get to any fast player - whatever position he plays in.

It is not littered with lies like yours. The ones that you keep on avoiding. Amla? Bakkies' card for dirty play and best of all the Stade Francais game. Hilarious stuff to say the least.

Wow Meyer has got a call right, he has called up Frik Kirsten......I was expecting BJ Botha or CJ v/d Linde............the fool has obviously been honest with himself and realised that all these old fart call ups are selling him short
19 Nov 2013, 02:07#24
Wow. Talk about sinking to new depths. You have said that you have seen him being carded for dirty play, and now you are suddenly starting to recall that it could have been early this year. I have given you a hint on another thread as to exactly what happened and you have still not been able to come up with the exact game and/or footage.
As for Amla you said that "In recent ODI's Amla was often enough used at 3 with Pietersen and Smith the openers." Your own words.
I posted the video of the clip in the other thread to take you up on your remark that "Fourie was never a speedy player" as you put it.
QED.

Yep, I'm afraid Ceradyne has you by the balls here Mike, you also posted that Dan Carter only played 10 minutes on the weekend, better to just man up when you've made a cock up
19 Nov 2013, 09:37#27
And the Bakkies red card?
