FA
There is a problem though Fekitoa played mostly at outside center - while DE Allende played at inside center and wing. That makes compariisons rther inconsequential in Super 15.
Although statistics are useful to determine trends in performances and one match is not the Alpha and Omega of test performnces - there were one test where they both played at outside center and it is those two tests where compaisons can be made - but those may be unreliable as a total indicator:-
Fekitoa0/000/1/52500014/00/010/0
de Allende0/001/2/53311035/10/000/0
I took the second Argentina test as the indicator in this case.
The reason why it is very difficult to compare those two players is because Fekitoa has played all his games for the Highlanders at 13 - while De Allende has had his firast game in that position since school years against Argentina in the first test
There are bot positives and negatives attached to De Allende's performances. Hiis ball carries were strong and he did cover more terriotiry than Fekitoa did. However, because there were inadequate ball protection by the Springboks in tackles on him there were three tuurnovers in possession afterr De Allende was tackled.
Basically - despite all the shouting and screaming on this site - De Allende did not have performance as bad as some of the posters oin this site has made it out to be in either of the tests he played in. There is obviously room for improvement - but that is certainly going to come with more experience playing at 13.

I said don't come and compare them the fact remains is that currently he is the Springbok 13 and will most likely face Fekitoa on the field. So I wane know does this carthorse stand a chance against the likes of Fekitoa because let me say this I think de Allende is out of his depth by a few sea miles LOLOLOLOL

FA please try and not be too daft. The guy is new to test rugby and is sett ling in. He has huge potential and will be far better than JJ who is so obviously a wing.

Bew de\finitely is not a carthorse - has played omn the wing at times and that is not the position foor a carthorse. You think - that really is a huge surprise.

De Allende's defensive positioning already cost us a try against the. Bargies. It's not looking good.

Oh Mike dont you worry, there is nothing what so ever wrong with my thinking capacity.
I think about all those tries that Fekitoa score so lavishly in both the super rugby season.I think about all those defenders beaten and I think about all those running meters and I think about how Fekitoa is also new at test level but my word he is miles ahead of Carthorse de Allende.
How many tries did Carthorse score this season? How was he really more outstanding then any other 13 in South Africa?Lets be honest the only 13 that looked good to me was Siburu Sithole.but he will develop and with time we will see.By no means am I earmarking him just for the record. But Carthorse has done nothing impressive for me.Did he score a try????Did he put in a Pieter Muller style tackle?????Is his vision that far more advanced then Fekitoas?
Thing is if this was the case then we all would be talking about how good he was and all his achievements to date. But there is nothing to talk about....I know Fourie is old,but my word that try he scored at Twickers where he chased a kick from F Steyn and knocked Sacky of the ball and pushed Armitage around like a rag doll...Now c'mon, will Carthorse do anything like that???
Yeah I think a lot.I think about how Fourie tackled Nonu till his face bled.I think about all the tries he scored and I think about his passion. Now I see a misplaced out-of-depth cart horse that wont achieve much.Mark my words. That you can take to the bank.

Beeno...try not to be to passive.Springbok places are not a luxury. This kid needs to wake up fast or he is going to be schooled by Fekitoa on how to be a super star.

Look at the Bargie left wing try. Up comes our defensive line. But instead of de Allende being a pace ahead of Jean to close off the outside...he is two frigging paces behind. Which gives the Bargies all the space they need to work the left wing in at the corner. Pathetic defensive positioning.

You are impossible - Jean went out of limne there and you want DE Allende to be ahead of him - what a load of crap- that is typical Mozart BS. The ,mmianreason why a person can never believe what you write about performances on this site.
Juast as an aside - if De Allende was ahead of De Villiers - you would have blamed him for the try being scored as well. What a joke!!!!!!!!

I think Delande should move to 12 with Jean at 13.
I think with Morne starting their is going to more familiarity in the backline, so it is worth trying Delande at 12.
When Jean set up the try for Hendriks, it looked like he was standing in the outside centre position.
