Anyone know what happened to Plum from the old SArugby.com? He was a newish poster there, but quite insightful.

I really liked Plum's posts, unfortunately seems like he's been lost in the forum change

If he used a proper email address, he would have been informed by admin

Just an observation. Sun Tzu joined and started posting away like crazy, then he disappeared and Gonzo joined and posted regularly. Suddenly he left and Plum surfaced. Plum had a completely different style than the others though. Hope he resurfaces.

I don't see how posters can get lost when the old forum address redirects here.

Arizona and Boklogic also seem to be missing along with a couple of kiwis.

Hmm, funny, in my Firefox it does when I type the old address but I see it doesn't do it in Chrome. Maybe it's cached the redirect or something. Anyway, you guys are right, it doesn't redirect after all.

Another thing, I checked my mails, the notification of site change came the 27th of Sept already, nothing since. Maybe it was missed by a few posters. It was senr from a personal address of one of the admin, so some might have missed it or it could have ended up as spam.Maybe Admin can send out mails again?

Plum is a good bloke. If the email notification didn't get to him then we are depending on Beeno's efforts to post on Planet rugby I registered and never received a confirmation so I am not sure he will be successful.
We may end up losing some posters but I did tell people about the  AB Site in case things went wrong. He hasn't shown up there though.

Bluebok I am having problems. I registered as Beeno 15 and got this reply:
Your account is currently inactive and will need to be approved by an
administrator before you can log in. Another email will be sent when this
has occurred.

Your password has been securely stored in our database and cannot be
retrieved. In the event that it is forgotten, you will be able to reset it
using the email address associated with your account.

Thank you for registering.

I have since then not received another email. I wonder if they know the reason for my registering.
What I suggest is someone here registers using a new email address unknown to SA Rugby.com but dont use your board name here?
Cant understand why it takes them so long to register someone?
What thoughts from our technical sorts like Sharkbok, rooitwit and ceruduce windpomp.
We need some action oaks!
