PNC - Canada 13 Japan 16

I just can't explain why Canada can't beat Japan at Rugby... Our last win was in 2005 against them. It's very frustrating because I believe we are the better side. Crappy way to start a Wednesday.

Both teams played on Saturday, but Canada had to travel to Japan from Toronto after their game, so it did make it a bit difficult for the boys. Same old story when we play these guys. We played well enough to win but couldn't come away with it in the end. So we pick up a loser point and hope for the best in the other games.

Half the Japan side look far from Japanese.  

Don't know the exact number of "internationals" on their team, but it's a few.

Still, Canada should beat them.

I also wondered how many imports the Japs might have. Watching them in the WC I recall how very busy they were always at you. Lacked the size to compete at higher levels. Probably importing locks? How they would love to have Bekker.
