Minute 54 ...Ireland made 68% of their tackle/England 94%. With Vinnie, Manu and Itoje the Poms have wonderful line breakers. Makes one think Ireland may not be the match to avoid......England in the semis might. Which we get if we beat NZ in the pool game.. Still the amateurish Irish defence reminds one of Coetzee's teams. ThePoms show no chinks. As the commentator said Ireland is slow up and therefore turned outwards. Thank heavens for Nienaber.

I agree Moz, England are looking good. The loose forwards are big and mobile, they will be a challenge for anyone who plays them. Ireland look limp.

At least Toner has fixed the lineout. The Poms are back to where they were in Jones' first year, and it coincides with the return of Vinny and Manu. These are dominant players.....poor old Stampkar is shown up for the nothing he has always been.

I'll watch the game later. It's a pity, as Ireland had the fastest line speed in world rugby, what happened? England were always right up there under Jones though. Until I see the game, I still feel better about our chances against England. We match-up well. Of course, we must be careful of Rassie's slow jogging.
