Poor game. Error ridden and no real stand out players! Best on the night I would say was Jean Deysel. Worst Craig Burden!

agreed. Some really aimless kicking from both teams, even the forwards started kicking. Just no imagination and just put the boot on ball. Started to get better towards the end but mostly poor skills in the backlines.

Shreuder- the Stormers scrumhalf was very poor, and Craig Burden cant throw the ball in a lineout

Did Schreuder get on? I think Groom played all 80mins at 9.

I see Jean Deysel has officially be awarded the man of the match. I thought as much. Was surprised to see him subbed. I would have honestly let Kankowski take a break. It was not a free flowing, open game that Kanko relishes in. It was an arm wrestle so I would have probably shifted Marcel to 8 with Deysel and Steph Du Toit on the flanks at the 60th min.

An improvement on last week for Elton Jantjies but still too many aimless kicks and little mistakes. That is ultimately what got him subbed. His last two kicks were down the throat of Sharks backs and he had two opportunities from turn over ball to sling it wide but he chose to cut inside and kick. Those are signs of a very out of touch flyhalf and I expect him to be relogated to the bench next game.

I do not have any faith in Jantjies = he is a bad egg playing clueless rugby.   He did make standard mistakes like he always does and they are really related to what I said earlier about his standard deficiencies.  The only diffrence was there was less of those in this game than there were against the Bulls - he remains bad news though and I hope thay replace him for the game against the Chiefs next week.
