Wallabies and ACT Brumbies rugby star Christian Lealiifano has been diagnosed with leukaemia following a brief illness.

The 28-year-old first five-eighth was in hospital in Australia undergoing treatment for the cancer

 The prognosis for leukaemia is far better than it used to be ,and the drugs and radiation therapy is far more targeted with fewer side effects .
