Was he then to blame for the loss?

Bog ordinary, Morne like, Farrell got a 7 and won the game....nice touch Quade  got a 6 and lost. What match winner? Flyhalves,  more than any other position, are supposed to find a way to get over the finish line. Crucial missed penalties at a crucial time, were exactly what Oz didn't need. All those deft touches count for nothing if they don't result in points...for Cooper that's most of the time.

Cooper has lost his mojo. He is not the same player he was before his injury in 2011(was it then or the year before)

cooper is a fool. Australians think he is the messiah. McKenzie obviously is a complete idiot,  putting a child brain into a leading hand role. Biggest joke. Australia will be dropping further behind with this stupidity. They will struggle to scratch up wins there whole tour. After this tests.

Bwahahaha.... Undoubtedly another RIP classic. Remember when the opinionated louse was campaigning for Brent Russell at flyhalf. I think it's safe to say RIP doesn't get flyhalf play.

Would rather have Cooper with all his shortcomings as our flyhalf than the lousy specimen we have at present.

If there is one player who lost his mojo completely and went the Francois Hougaard way - it is G enia.

I'm a little confused Moz, firstly why on earth is Cooper to blame for their loss, you make a habit of concluding that players, not teams lose matches......we heard the same nonsense about Taute, JJ and now Cooper.......its just plain rubbish bud.

Cooper for the record had a good game, setting up their only try with a brilliant flat pass that put his outside backs into space. Cooper missed kicks, so did Farrell.

Morne is bog ordinary, Farrell is not, the lad is a quality attacking 10 in the Carter, Cruden, Cooper, Jantjies, Barrett, Goosen and Lambie mould........check his try out to confirm just that and he is the one England back that has that flat pass to put players into space, I saw it first hand watching him live for Sarries from behind the posts.

Farrell is not to be compared with the useless Morne. He was probably marginally better than Cooper on the day, but I am hardly convinced of that. Two good 10's, far better than the Bok incumbent, who must be the worst international flyhalf out there - yes he is that ordinary.

Dave, just ask the dull-witted fool why he predicted a Wallabies win if he had so little faith in Quade Cooper?
W ehe!

One would swear Farrell missed no kicks!!

Regardless of kicks, the better side won on the day - its that simple

Bwahahaha RIP, a typically inane question. I guess the same reason you picked the Poms even if you thought ....hahahaha....the Quaalude is the greatest flyhalf of....wait for it....any generation!

Mozart

I still prefer Cooper to the robotic Morne Steyn.   Cooper is at this stage getting poor balls from his forwards and his under-performing scrummie - Morne gets good balls and bugger them up comprehensively or does nothing of note with them.   Both have defence deficiencies - but Morne is definitely poorer than Cooper in that regard.

the three key players to the wallabies winning their third TriNats and the reds winning their super rugby title was horwill, genia and cooper.

horwil and genia were head and shoulders above any of their counterparts across the world at the time, and coopers attack was IMO second to none, with only carter having the better all round games which was really per usual.

all three since the RWC have just lost that mojo making them look like one trick ponies and all three are far from what they once were, but cooper is making better headway then other two in terms of improvement.

horwill in particular IMO dosent deserve to play in the wallabies top team, there are better locks in australia then him at the moment.
