Looks like the fate of the 2021 Rugby Championship is in the hands of the Queensland government.
There is a meeting today that will determine whether or not Queensland are prepared to host the remaining Rugby Championship games and whether they can host the Pumas and the Springboks in quarantine while they are still able to train.
The CEO of New Zealand Rugby Players Association (NZRPA) Rob Nichol confirmed that the All Blacks would fly to Perth and play their scheduled game against the Wallabies if the rest of the schedule was confirmed.
If today's talks fail then the UK and SA seem like the only small possibilities but more than likely the tournament will have to be scrapped.
