They played against Toulon and was at one stage 14-3 behind them.  In the first half Carter kicked three other penalties and the score was 14 - 12 at halftime.   Racing played for 62 minutes with 14 men after their scrummie was red-carded for a tip tackle.   Brilliant game by them winning in the end by 29 - 21.   Again a case wher running rugby beat stampkar rugby.

Why is that important? Haven't you been telling me that the Top14 is inferior to the CC?

You have to laugh ....Toulon score two tries to one, dominate metres gained, defenders beaten and line breaks. They kick the same amount from hand as Racing, but double the passes and runs.
And they were playing Stampkar rugby, while Racing who won with penalties were playing running  rugby.

Did you watch the game?   Obviously not - so here we go again.   Let me go further - Racing played with 14 players for 62 minutes in the game - they had 33% possession and their best players were Carter (15 points) and Goosen (9 points from three long distance penalties).   Obviously Toulon had over whelming possession benefit and they would carry the ball more often than Racing did and most of hose carries were by their forwards.   Goosen also had a top performance and drew in defenders to give Rokocoko the necessary space to score his try.
