Rassnaber Explains Reinach/Faff

Reinach replaces Faf de Klerk for Sunday's match, with head coach Jacques Nienaber saying he is better suited to dealing with the French kicking game.

The number nine will face Antoine Dupont as his opposite number after the France captain's return from a fractured cheekbone.

Maybe they don't trust Faff to play against Dupont in case Faff has a brain fart and tackles high.

It makes sense in many ways. Fluff's pressure game - his core attribute - hasn't been good for a while now. His technical ability is horrendous. It always has been. You could live with that when he was disruptive, but not anymore. If the Boks want to control the game, those wonky kicks, those high balls that go backwards or sideways or two feet forward have to go. Likewise those horrible passes. The Boks need accuracy
