Clouds... we have some of the best healthcare in the world. It's expensive if you can afford it, but even the poor get top notch care for free...once the are finished standing in the queue unfortunately. 

For the poor the queues are very long and the hospitals over crowded.

My son had a serious accident with an eye a bit more than a year and a half ago. Just before his fith birthda. 

10 years ago, he would have lost the eye, no matter how much money I had or where in the world I lived. 

His eye is fine and he is on the way to recovering his sight in the eye...small steps, but he's got a real chance. If I lived anywhere else I would probably  not have had access to the treatment he needed.

That and the fantastic weather is probably why I can't bring myself to leave for a safer haven.
