Shoulder charge by dirty highlanders player taking a Reds defender out. No try. This is great. Refs are wising up to kiwis illegal tactics. Shows all the objections to kiwi illegal tactics is bearing fruit.

Reds score under posts after bashing it up from the half way line. Highlanders forwards crunched.
Silly intercept try gave highlanders a point. Highlanders came back well.

CC you suck period!
Actually the defence of the highlanders sucks big time I hear they concede 30 points in each of the last 3 games.
Being in the kiwi conference means you can get an extra bonus try point quite easily.

Well the SAtormers second string doing quite well recently and I certainly dont see the nz teams who lost against the Sharks scoring many tries.
No high scores often happen when two kiwi sides play.

Couldn't believe Highlanders kicked the ball back to the Reds after receiving kickoff with 30 seconds to go. They had just gone 80m keeping ball in hand. Not sure who kicked it, maybe Smith, but where was the self belief they could do it again ?
Nice to see Genia have a halfway decent game. He has fallen off the map since the Lions tour and he's so good. Change of scenery would do him good - ala Habana.

Dumbest kick ever!! summed up the whole game for the Highlanders just one mistake after another. The worst game of their season. They should have blitz the Reds. They lost their flow and direct attacking approach that they usually apply. Yet they still nearly won. Their poor run on Australian soil continues.

What a shame... reds played pretty well but shows the lack of competitvness in kiwi confèrence if highlanders are near top team...
Canes are best kiwi team
