Reffing of games - Super Rugby

Sanzaar tried to get the reffing improved this year - but the shambles are really unbelievable.   Every week there are cases of serious reffing flaws and it is getting worse week by week.
If the refs buggered up are they being dealt with harshly enough?
I would much rather they return to the situation last year - there would be less flaws that way.

This year they are giving more authority to the ref so the TMO has less of a say. Seems to be ok IMO, I don't see any more glaring errors than last year.

 There ere a lot more glaring mistakes this year than last year.

A lot of problems with high tackles...obviously one cannot entertain DELIBERATE high tackling but in quite a few incidences it appears the high contact appears when the tackled player lowers himself (and is shorter in statue) and the tackler suddenly realises this and pulls away but too late because the contact is made...one such incident did occur this weekend ,but I think there were others...cannot remember which game but it was very obvious the tackler did not intend and pulled away but unfortunately a little too late and victim was not injured...the tackler apologised but was given a card.

A bit extreme I think...I believe refs have to sharpen up and use their discretion and initiative as such incidences can be exaggerated and worst even manipulated to advantage.
