When I posted the Chiefs team I did not notice that Retallick - after a poor performance against the Stromers - was not in the starting line-up for the Kings game because I thought his selectionwas automatic.   Now I saw he is on the bench against the Kings.   That really must have knocked your fantasy selections into smithereens - especially after the century problem as well.

I looked and looked at the Wykes issue and now find out Cane is gone a well - and am now being forced into using my wild card this weekend and not to wait any longer bcause I will in reality have only twelve players if I refrain from using it.   What a disaster.

@mikey,

LMAO, i am starting to know u so well my bru, the first thing i thought of when i noticed that retallick was benched was, i wonder what form mikeys comment towards me will be i regards to this topic???, :oP

theres one key factor u need to keep in mind, its the kings, theres no need for the chiefs to play their full strength team at all, hence the absence from the starting squad of brodie retallick, sam cane and paulisi manu.

clever tactical changes from rennie IMO as we have all three of them on the bench on the off chance that the kings give the chiefs as much trouble as they gave the sharks.
u would also note that the chiefs rested craig clarke and kerr barlow against the cheetahs, so rennie is applying smart changes to his team.

chiefs wshould ill still put on a drubbing on the kings, horrel has returned to the starting lineup but ross filipo at 8 is an odd one, hes obviously there to add some more lineout options which was really a shambles against the stormers.

retallick is still the No1 lock for the chiefs & spXV, even though hes a little of form, but dont forget in last years spXV, he was No1 for most lineout steals, 4th for most lineout takes, 4th for most tackles made (No1 for a tight 5 forward & only top 5 forward in the top 20) and 9th for the most pick and drives, these are numbers that no other lock in the entire comp came close to matching, just wait until hes a veteran, bad new for everyone not on his team, :oP

Only pulling your leg - he is good enough - but is he rally tops against the stronger SA locks?
