The skills the big man showed were off the scale driving home how utterly ridiculous it is that he is being wasted on the bench in favour of the physically inept and bog ordinary rugby player that is Mostert It’s a bloody sin We cannot for one single moment lose out on the Eben/RG combo - we have already lost far too much time These two need an extended starting run together before Eben bows out Fuck useless Mostert for crying out loud. Geez it’s frustrating watching this continued botched selection call - wake the fuck up Rassie you are embarrassing my support of you

Since it's Mostert it might only be 2 weeks.

I can believe that with Mostert, what a beast and our best 5 for quite some time already…I am sure Rassie can’t wait to get that reliable machine back!

RG is a brilliant player and I’m totally comfortable with him at 5. Mostert will probably come back on the bench, if RG stays healthy, which unfortunately has to be a concern.

We definitely need his impact against OZ and AB….it was a relief seeing him play the full game vs Portugal and coming thru unscathed.

Lood will be back so hopefully powder puff will be history to the Boks Eben and RG starting with Lood on the bench unless Rassie wakes up to Ruben v Heerden on the bench ahead of Lood as a look to the future or Jason Jenkins on the bench with a view to him taking over from Eben when he retires or Ruan Vermaak for that matter Those 3 are our best options with Vermaak and v Heerden being the younger so probably a better investment

What utter nonsense you keep on speaking…..like you and your Du Preez twins, which Rassie has clearly no interest in playing or now your latest brain Fart in Jason Jenkins that has been around for a long time, but not even the slightest interest showed in him, let alone being picked?! And Lood that is mostly injured….oh my goodness get real you pompous wannabe….stick to selling and eating ice cream : )

Your stupidity is tiresome Jason Jenkins was in the Bok squad on last years end of tour you idiot You are so fucking stupid you probably don’t even know who Jenkins is Talk me though Berger, Kade, Kahn, Roche, Bursey and Matthee being Boks again - fuck me I’ve read some shit in my time but this takes the fucking cake

" Jason Jenkins was in the Bok squad on last years end of tour you idiot " - winner winner chicken dinner !! But yet again wrong, he was capped once in the game vs Wales in Washington DC 2 June 2018, which we lost and he was never picked again…Whoosh....I am sure you will argue….talk about tiresome with you always throwing a tantrum like a big hairy baby:) " Talk me though Berger, Kade, Kahn, Roche, Bursey and Matthee being Boks again " Firstly it’s spelled Burger and you didn’t know Roche until I told you about him…. These guys came thru the ranks and are playing above average Rugby for WP. I would rather believe Dobbo and when I see them play, than a pompous wannabe that lies to prove his point!! Just go check how Luke Burger and Jonathan Roche played against Griffons…if they would get a shot they have more than enough talent to make it on a higher level….Jurie Mathee is a very talented Fly Half, just obvious in his performances for the Stormers in the URC…Kade Wolhuter is very talented, but unluckily very injury prone. Go ahead tell me what a stupid prick I am….same old shit with you, as you know everything better and literally everyone else on here knows nothing, you literally do that with every poster…the only time a poster is in your good books, is when they agree with you….I guess I must feel special as you insult me more : ) Fuck me but you full of yourself….I feel like Luke Watson and just want to Barf as soon as you write something:) preferably all over your Sour puss Face !

Player of the Year

Franco Mostert broke his leg in a game against Ireland last weekend and will be on injury layoff for six weeks. Franco Mostert played against Ireland in Durban last Saturday for a minute and 47 seconds with a broken leg. During that time, he engaged in two rucks and then left the Kings Park field without any help.2 days ago

Springbok coach Rassie Erasmus confirmed that veterans Pieter-Steph du Toit and Steven Kitshoff will be ready for the first Test of the Rugby Championship.

There are several Bok sidelines with injuries at the moment, including Damian Willemse, Canan Moodie, Franco Mostert and Malcolm Marx. In addition, Jasper Wiese is still serving out his ban for the red card he received at Leicester. The barnstorming No.8 is not available for the next two Tests.

While depth is certainly not the issue in South African rugby at the moment, Erasmus offered some good news in terms of returning players. The Boks next run out against Australia in Brisbane on 10 August and they are set to welcome back at least two stalwarts in du Toit and Kitshoff.

"Jasper must still come back, Damian Willemse must still come back, Pieter-Steph du Toit is cleared, Steven Kitshoff is cleared, and it looks like Malcolm Marx can play the second Australia game," Erasmus told the press this past weekend.

"So we will have to juggle a few things. There are lots of players that can play for the Springboks.

"Some [of the youngsters] will be integrated slowly and some might tour Australia. But they might not play against the All Blacks and then we have Argentina [September 21] at the end. So we've got a plan."
