Robbie Deans Coaching for Barbarians in 1 Week vs Coetzee in 1 Season

We have a player like Robert Dupreez at flyhalf combining with his Barbarians backline teammates with synergy- both game plan and instinctive play.
We have Alister Coetzee saying he has not been given enough  time for preparation- after the end of his first season.
He is utterly useless. Forget about all the problems that SA rugby has. (We are certainly not going to be number one with the current player resources).

A good or even decent coach- would have done better than 3 out of 11.....
