Romania had indeed qualified and Belgium and Spain were fighting it out for the ENC 2 1st and 2nd position...that means Russia  has qualified. Not sure how it works with Repechage position...I think this includes Samoa, Uruguay and Canada? to fight it out. Africa I...not sure either, Zim or Namibia?

I know it means really nothing but it is indeed a joyful event for any team to be there.

The process of qualification is too complicated and should be according to the IRB rankings...the top 20 should be in it with top 10 automatic...
