Ed it’s time to give this fellow a yellow card.....his actions mimic the controlling behaviour that drove everybody off Supersupporter. Do what I want or I will throw all my toys out of the cot and ruin everything for everybody....enough is enough.

Urinal posted 18 times under the Beeno Bombshell thread, before he lamely came up with..’.post this garbage under the trumpet”. .. Today he has decided to revisit this issue again, by destroying threads....and he calls Barlee a Board Nazi! There were no issues currently on the Board until he chose to inject himself into the scene. Pathetic and totally hypocritical....obviously yet another thing went wrong in his sad life today.

Hypocrisy, anyone? Yeah, it's all good and well that you screw up margins for all the other posters..... and only when you finally feel like it has been screwed up for long enough.... to your satisfaction..... do you return that thread back to normal again.
Well I don't play your stupid little game, so for every thread that you do screw up, even temporarily, I will do one of yours permanently

Dumb Ass, you seem to be labouring under the delusion that I give even the smallest toss about what you do or what you think.
I cannot for the life of me think what could have given you that notion because by now I would have thought that even someone with your limited intelligence would have realised that I consider you to be a weak, obsessed and sanctimonious loser.
We've seen your attempts to destroy the board as both Sonny Bill and as Dumb Ass and so far you've been a complete and utter failure . . . as with all the other endeavours in your sad and lonely life . . . but go ahead and do what you must . . . just don't try to sound like this hard case we're all supposed to be afraid of because that's pathetic even by your standards.
I hope that's clear enough for you.

From the Grammarist: .. ‘In today’s English, barbecue is the usual spelling of the word with several senses related to the cooking of food over open fire. It’s the spelling that tends to appear in edited writing, and it’s the one that dictionaries note first, for what that’s worth (and some don’t note any other spellings). Barbeque is a secondary spelling that appears especially often in the names of restaurants and products. It has steadily gained ground over the last few decades, but it is still far less common than barbecue overall. . The word has been spelled several ways since coming to English from the Spanish barbacoa in the 18th century (its earlier origins are fuzzy, though the conventional wisdom is that the Spanish adapted it from a term used among Caribbean natives).1 In the OED’s historical examples there are barbecu, barbacue, barbicu, and babracot,2 and today there are several abbreviated forms, including bar-b-q and just BBQ. Despite the many forms, barbecue gained clear ascendancy in the late 19th century, and it has gone unchallenged ever since.3’ . Derived from the Spanish word ‘barbacoa’ ....note the ‘c’ dumbass. Double schplottttttt you ignorant Welsh toad.

Just wondering who gives anyone the right to dictate terms and conditions on this site when by all accounts we are all visitors at the pleasure of the owner. If there are any complaints surely the first course of approach is to lay the complaint at the owner's feet as opposed to taking matters into your own hands. I think it's disrespectful to the owner when members push him to the side and dictate matters as to their personal likes.
UrineRooi, you're a visitor on here just like everyone else, if you want to dictate matters I suggest you start your own web site, until then stick your audacity where it belongs....yep that's right, you've heard me, stick it up your fat fanny .

Moffie, if you really want to pretend that you didn't make a gigantic fool of yourself, I suggest that you write a strongly worded letter to the editors of both Merriam-Webster and the Oxford Dictionary and tell them that they've included a mis-spelled word in their respective dictionaries. If and when they remove "barbeque" then I'll concede you haven't got egg all over your fat crimson face.

I didn't want to get involved in this one, but what can I say, I am a sucker! If the Oxford dictionary lists the spelling of a word as correct, albeit an alternative spelling, it is still correct. And if one has to reference the source of the word for the acceptable spelling of that word, then half of the American version of the English language would have to be considered incorrect. Aluminum, realize, labor etc etc
Either we have to accept the spelling that reputable dictionaries like the Oxford lay down as part of the English language, or we all need to start speaking Latin.

Spelling only mattered in relatively recent times (using Mozarts view of time and age)
"Samuel Johnson, poet, wit, essayist, biographer, critic and eccentric, broadly credited with the standardisation of English spelling into its pre-current form in his Dictionary of the English Language (1755)."

So Moz, why do you care? It's a newfangled innovation to ensure the editing profession (and a few self declared geniuses) could look down on others. That's there (sic) problem.

LOL! I just logged onto the online Oxford Dictionary and typed in barbeque and below is what came back. It clearly accepts both versions of the word as correct. That said, I see the spell check on ruckersforum.co.za has a little red squiggle under barbeque. The mystery continues!!!!

Definition of barbecue in English:

Barbecue

(Also) barbeque

A meal or gathering at which meat, fish, or other food is cooked out of doors on a rack over an open fire or on a special appliance.‘in the evening there was a barbecue’as modifier ‘a barbecue area
