I give up - there is no response from rooinek, as well as oimatey, cloudy and Sasuke San. Ruckers Forum 3 pool is now fully subscribed and I cannot see how Ruckers Forum can open another pool.
If the above come back they may open such a pool themselves and ask the4 site members to jin them in that pool.

The checked open Leagues have the following number of subscribers:-
Super Rugby Scout - 65 participants
Foxsport Leasgue - 55 participants
Ruckers Forum 1 - 32 participants
So we are at this stage the League with the third highest number of participants.
