I have looked around for Fantasy Competitions iro the Rugby World Cup 2019 and want to ask some questions of you in respect of two such competitions.

The first one relates to the Rugby Magazine Competition.  I tried to join the competition and got entry and see there is a window dealing the WC comp, but cannot open it and have a problem in selecting a squad of 28 players to be used from which he team is selected per round.  When I tried initially to start the 28 player squad I found that I could to select such a squad.   I am relatively new to this competition - so can you please help me to get the process started and how to join a league on that site.

Secondly I believe it may be CC who raised an issue about the potential of TestRugby  competition we all participated in for years and was discontinued on Super Rugby level in 2017 - but mays till have a comp on the WC this year,   fact is they  seemed to have a potential comp this year for the WC.  However, when I looked at their website today the reference to the WC 2019 is gone.  Have you got any news on that one for us.

Ou Maaik, to join the Ruckers Forum league in the Rugby Mag game, click here.
Not sure what you're struggling with but if you're registered and you can get to your dashboard then you should click "Players" to select your squad and then click "Squad" to pick your starting XV and the subs. Your total squad has to have a minimum 28 and a maximum 35 players in it.
Doesn't look to me like testrugby.com will be running a RWC game. I think that site is dead and buried.

Rooinek

Thanks for the advice.   How many players from each nation may you have in your squad?   It seems as I the squad was selected for me and I have to udate it on a relasitic basis - eg Frnas Steyn was in my squad - I nearly flipped.  Of the list of 28 there are probably something like four players I will retain and then select my own players for the squad.

I see you mentioning Frans Steyn here again...…

Is there any specific reason why you are dodging the question that I posed to you about Fransie in another thread?

You are forever stating that Steyn is always heavily overweight...…. and you also say that the one recent picture posted on here depicts Steyn as massively overweight...… a FATSO...…. as fat as a pig...…. which I disagree with

I ask again...… in your opinion, if that picture that you refer to in the other thread depicts Steyn as heavily overweight, and a FATSO...….. then surely the picture that was shown of you a while ago...... indicates that you morbidly obese?

Yes or No ?

Ou Maaik, why don't you click on the "help" button where all the limits are explained?

You can't have more than 3 players from any one country in your squad.

What question dimness?   Steyn showed early promise as a youngster ad went sour by 2012 and went sour subsequently.  A hopeless player - sad to say.   I am at my age not a rugby player to be discussed - you must be hopelessly idiotic to bring up such a question anyway,  Keep your stupidity to yourself.

Mmmmmm

Michael, you don't need to be a rugby player to call someone else a FATSO, or as fat as a pig.

You constantly refer to Steyn as some massively overweight individual...… stop talking about Steyn's younger years...…. you are deflecting.....

According to you, if Steyn removed his shirt from that picture, the fat would roll out..... LOL

No worries...… we can all see that you avoiding my question clearly states the very obvious...…. that picture of yours was a few years ago, so clearly you have let yourself go even more ...…..

Very sad...…. no wonder you are obsessed with someone else's weight

I don't believe you for a second, but continue to delude yourself

Sitting on some internet forum, ridiculing another man for being a FATSO, and constantly referring to him as fat as a pig, yet you are the one who clearly needed the bra to keep his man boobs in place when your pic was posted here...…. I will correct myself, I reckon you were a 40B bra size....back then..... and probably a 48C by now.

I don't care how old you are, you have just as much choice and ability to look after your own body as the guy next to you, who you falsely accuse of being a fat fuck all the time...…. you are the FATSO Michael.....

You are the morbidly obese individual between the two of you, and I can clearly understand why you want to always deflect the weight concern...… it hits too close to home for you

You are a fucking joke Michael.... albeit, an old overweight one

Mike is pushing 80. I think he has earned the right to be a little chubby.

Cool...….. Mike is pushing 80, so you would think that he would have the adult common sense and rational reasoning of a normal 80 year old, to not make a very bold, stupid, and very dishonest statement on here...…... about someone else...….by saying that the pic in the other thread of Steyn, is the picture of a FATSO, or that Steyn is as fat as a pig in that image and that if he lifted his shirt, the fat would roll out because the shirt is keeping all his fat in

Because if he stands by that statement, then I will change my opinion of Michael..... then Michael might still be morbidly obese, but he is also very dishonest and deceitful..... whilst being completely blind and senile

Michael has been a constant blatant liar when it comes to Frans Steyn's appearance and his play, so it's about time he got called up on it.....

I also don't know any 80 year old men who need to wear a bra and blame their age for wearing one

Well ... one's eyes also need a regular check up at 80.

As for Fat Fransie Steyn's play ... you aren't suggesting that he belongs in the squad ... are you?

He's useless. Has been for a long time now.

I guess I can't really argue your point about the eye check up CC

Do they have similar tests to maybe check Michael's mental health status as well?

As for Fransie….. no, I am not suggesting he should be in the squad at all......I just don't like people like Michael spreading malicious and degrading shit about rugby players..... for probably the last 10 years now...… Michael can correct me if I'm wrong

No player deserves it, so he needs to get over his obsessive compulsive behaviour  with Frans Steyn

Always an idiot  and that you will remain.   I normally motivate what many people believe is the shortcomings of players.   Also in the case of Steyn I did that repeatedly.

The members you should have an issue with is actually Mozart, AO and Pakie.  They always blame certain players for deficiencies which only they "discovered" in games.   The motivation for their degrading of players is normally total distortion and they lied about the players they dislike   and try and cover for the real mistakes their favourite players make by blaming other players normally on their pet hate list for the mistake .

They would always attack Erasmus and lied about his career all along.

That  Rugby Magazine Fantasy sections is indeed a nightmare.  I put 34 players in my squad - but is very difficult to find a really good combination of three players from each country.  But even that is very difficult - to give you a few examples:-

England  - my three pics are Farrell, Billy Vunipola and Cokanasiga

New Zealand  -  B Barrett, Reece and Bridge

Australia         -  O'Connor, Kerevi and Pocock

France             -  Picamoles, Guirado and Dupont

SA                   -  Etzebeth, Du Toit and Pollard

Argentina        -  Sanchez, Creevy and Matera

Ireland             -  Best, Furlong and Ringrose

Wales              -   Wyn Jones, Davies, North

You also have to pick players from minor federations and bear in mind the positions players specialize in.

My provisional team for Round one looks like follows - I m still waiting for teams elections for the Sunday tests and may make some changes:-

15   Barrett

14   Reece

13   Kerevi

12   Farrell

11   Cokanasiga/Hogg/Bridge/North

10   Pollard

  9   Dupont

  8   Pocock

  7   Labuschagne

  6   Matera

  5   Wyn Jones

  4  Etzebeth

  3  Furlong

  2  Guirado

  1  Ma'afu

"they lied about the players they dislike"

Ja Michael...……. do you mean like you are constantly lying about how fat and overweight Frans Steyn is right now.

For a grown up man of your age, your tendency to speak an untruth on this forum, is incredibly often, and the dishonest and deceitful attempts to try and worm your way out of it every time it happens, speaks volumes about you.

No bloody wonder so many posters have already called you out on it...… you are a compulsive bare faced liar
