Yes indeed he has been selected into a pretrial squad in France.
I always rated this guy from the early days when he played with the Sharks...strong, nuggety and a good eye for a gap...he was an almost perfect scrummy...his only flaw was his temper...a hothead and as coc ky as Kevin Putt but a lot better.
A huge loss to the Sharks and SA rugby...imagine a Kockett Lambie pairing or Kockett Pollard...awesome!
Anyway, I'm also a Les Bleus fan, so that's a bit of a consolation for me but a huge loss to the Boks.
