#1 If a player kicks for goal and hits either posts and the penalty/conversion misses then one point is earned for hitting the post(as effort) #2 If a player is stopped just short of scoring a try and it go's to the TMO and the defending team has been brilliant on def-fence to stop a try being scored then the defending team is awarded two points for stopping the attacking team(No conversion needed here and only if it go's to the TMO) Linesman:Linesman will be given blue cards to indicate questionable decisions made by referee's.On further pending investigation of blue card incidents accounting for more then five per season a ref will loose his license if found guilty of Mal practice and would have to be retrained and complete a full IRB course on refereeing and until so is completed would not be allowed to ref any form of rugby at any level.

How about bonus points for the team with the cleanest boots at the start of the game and some more bonus points for the best mascot?
