Every opinion by any person on this planet is biased! Always!

But if someone leads with a statement such as yours, then we are 100% sure that it is 100% biased...

Now, f@#k off!

How dare you le ave out the favourite of the Trooth  Fairy  Morne Steyn and there are very few Bulls in your starting line up?
Funny enough I agree with you on most points - but one has to look at some of the other players bound to come through in Super 15 as well.   I also think that Albert will fade out of contention completely.
I saw a shot of Pieter-Steph du Toit on TV the other day - the bugger even look more muscled than he used to be.  Wonder how fit he is?

Yeah ageee on alberts but no other name came to head. But with Louwe out, and Burger in who was worldclass in 2006. Not so much now, so one has to think Schaulk at 6? So 6. Burger 7. Coetzee or Whitely possibly 8. Vermulen. Possibly againgst Oz. I also rate Carr and Kolsi, they should logically be in the team not Burger. But Burger has experience.

Watch out for loosies who are still injured or just returned from injury like Arno Botha and Lappies Labuschagne.  I also like young Thomas du Toit as prop very much.  He is the strongerst 19 year old prop  I have ever seen.

Louw at 6 is not even close. Serfontein is not a 13......so you are off the sheet already

The best side would be:

15. Willie 14.JP 13. JJ/de Allende 12. Serfontein/Frans 11. Sinatla  10. Goosen/Pollard/Lambie 9. Hougaard/Reinach/de Klerk 1. Beast/T.du Toit 2. Bismark/Strauss 3.Coenie/Marcel v/d Merwe/Malherbe 4. Etzebeth/Willemse 5. Lood/Etzebeth/PSDT 6. Brussouw/Coetzee/Kolisi 7. J. du Plessis/PSDT 8. Vermeulen/Arno Botha

You are also a bit off the mark.  Frans is no center -whether at 12 or anywhere else.  He proved this year that in the second year of regression he has gone backwards at a rapid pace.   Coenie is out of rugby and whe ther he will ever return and be the prop he used to be is another serious question.   Like in the case of Kirsten of the Bulls - neck injuries to prop can be fatal from a career perspective.   Carr is a better loosie than Kolisi and I rate him even higher than Brussow.

Mike do you honestly think you telling me that Frans is not a centre is ever going to change my mind?

Geez man get a grip......I laugh when I read some of the crap you write about some players......so please in future save your time and don't bother trying to tell me a guy like Frans is not this that or the other......the same applies to players like Hougaard etc.

Frans is a class act always has been always will be. He is a 12 and will always feature in my squad until he gets too old.

As for Coenie nothing has been said about him so I trust he is ok

One I would add is Kolbe.

 Poor Mikey,

Clearly lacking the intellectual capacity to understand that every single human opinion is biased in some way or the other... Whether you like it or not. No human can have an "unbiased" opinion. And that is just reality.

Just as idiotic in your BIASED opinion that I am a Bulls supporter, because I thought Victor Matfield, the only Bull worthy of a Bok call-up, was a good inclusion in the squad....

I'm jolly neutral when it comes to SA.I'm English, I just support SA as my second team.I like them to do well and get rather frustrated when they don't utilise the talent they have to hand.
The only bias we are guilty of as humans, is sometimes thinking we know best as individuals ! ??

It is not me w ho says  Frans is no center -  Plumtree made the original statement and his performances this year confirmned that one.   The worst attacking center and the second worse defender after De Jongh  in Super 15.
He is an automatic destructer of backline play.

Wake up man and gets this into your head no matter what you say about Frans he will always remain a class 12 and a definite for the Bok 23

Saffex funny you write off my selections. When your picking players who are either injured, or have not played for the Boks for a while. Frans? He is in Japan right now, and in any case had a very bad Super Rugby campaign, with the exception of one break in the Crusaders game. Coenie is injured, and who knows who well turn up when he comes back. JP Peterson is not even back yet. JJ? Overrated IMO. Players I would add to the team is Kolsi and Carr. I think Jessie Kriel could be the future 15 with Willie. Point is not what you think the best team should be, but what it should "currently" be. Burger well prob play 7 againgst Aussie. Serfointain played 13 againgst NZ genius.
1. The Beast 2. Strauss 3. Malhebe 4. Du Toit 5. Estebeth 6. Coetzee 7. Burger/Whiteley 8. Vermulen 9. Reinach 10. Pollard 11. Habana 12. JDV 13. Serfointain 14. Hendricks 15. Le Roux
16. Bismark Du Pleesi 17. Marcel Van Der Merwe 18. Trevor Nyakene 19. Lood De Jager 20. Warren Whitely/Schaulk Burger 21. Francois Houggard 22. Patrick Lambie 23. Damian De Allende

3k ... would you have selected Coetzee at 7 ... EVER?

No you wouldn't have.

Now that Meyer's selected him there you follow suit.

Would you have brought Burger in as a replacement for the injured Louw?

No you wouldn't have but because Meyer selected this elderly pensioner you follow suit.

Nothing original about your posts, boet!!

Oh and by the way ... HouGat should be shot at dawn ... not be included in any rugby team ... EVER.

Genius if you notice I picked Louwe at 6 before realizing he was injured, and Burger was put in. And of course I go off who Meyer selects, its his team I dont pick the team. I picked Coetzee at 7 before even realizing, nice try at discrediting me though.

I like your team, you're XV is better than Meyers present team surely however with esteem to you there are players I wouldn't select. Can you go more into detail as to why you would select JDV? I and many others have noticed a huge setback in JDV's form compared to last year, in general play and speed as well. I would rather selected Sefontein at 12 who has a better understanding between Pollard who also played outside him in Junior world cup and Bulls, having said that I think Serfontein needs to play in his usual position and develop with Pollard but not at 13. Serfontein is truly a fantastic player at 12. There are other players that I wouldn't select in you're XV but its pretty self explanatory why I wouldn't.

There has been huge issue in the front row this year for us and Meyer continues to fall in to the same mistake by selected Jannie who only makes the situation even worse. I don't think Malherbe is the best prop in prospect in SA nor do I think he is a reliable at scrumming but I believe Tomas Du Toit and Marcel Van Der Merwe can do well in the front row trio. SA do have quality players but its important for Meyer to be aware of what the under-rated players can do at test level that the others can't if not the team ends up in another critical moment year in and year out like I've said. There have been great players that have been overlooked too quickly and are unlucky not to be selected this year but I commend Meyer for introducing Whitely, Pollard, Serfontein and Hendricks to the bok setup this year. I hope the team only gets better next year in the world cup but there are players that definitely need to be dropped in order for the team to be successful in next years world cup.

Not a bad selection 3 I Q and I suspect youwere assisted in the project.
The becnh thoug is higly questionable
16. Franco Van Der Merwe 17. Bismark Du Pleesi 18. Victor Matfeild 19. William Alberts 20. Warren Witely 21. Francois Houggard 22. Patrick Lambie 23. Damian De Allende
Franco????? Matfiled????????????????????????
Alberts - maybe in the NH in certain conditions and teams
Hogaard. Well I have seldom seen a dumber display at scrummie. I noted and it was seized on by snapster - who team reflects a happy disregard for quality -  thta Hougaard may hav been under instructions. However if tha tis him he should not be playing Vodocam CupWe have some really good front row sources besides Beast and Jannie. Du Toit, Kitshof, Malherbe and marcel van der Mewe.We have two great hookers although one is a bit frazzed right now. BUT who after them?We have locks a plenty. Bekker, Etzebeth, Flip, Loodt, Du Toit, Willemse, Ruan Botha. One of our trickiest positions is loose trio. Here Meyer needs to be a bit flexible. He has the resources to play it any which way but doesnt. Louw, Vermuelen, Coetzee, Burger, Lappies, Whiteley, Carr and guys like Arno Botha, Du Plessis (Also a lock possibility) Alberts for certain matches, Elstadt, Rhodes, Willie Britz etc etc. It's case of who to leave out. What is certain is that we have to manage our players carefully as the RWC approaches and plan to have them peeking at the tournament. We really should win the RWC with the talent we have. Nobody comes close really. The pap abs are there for the taking. OZ still is lacking grunt as Ewen gets it wrong.England could be our main opposition.

JDVs decline has been in the works for a long long time, his past exploits is the only reason why hes still in the team, and his captaincy which is pretty good.

habana is another player who u would still have to pick, but its not warranted on form, its based on past exploits as well.
habana has been shit in 2014 for the Boks, wouldnt make the top 5 wingers in the RC comp at the moment either, but unlike JDV, his best by date hasnt expired and is still good to go.

bizzy has dropped of the mark a bit in 2014, never seen a hooker who cant throw a ball in a lineout before, lolz,
but while adriaann strauss has been head and shoulders better then bizzy in 2014, i would still pick bizzy ahead of strauss.

matfield has been great for the bulls, but the pace of Bok rugby is clearly too much for the legend.
his lineout pprowess where he was once king is now like Bok rugby as a whole, any tier one opponent can compete with him.

francois slow is useless, has been for the last three years. Boks are better of with him injured, jsut like they are with pienaar also out of the equation.

my Bok XV,,,

1 beast, 2 bizzy, 3 m van der mewe
4 l de jager, 5 lady elizabeth
6 m coetzee, 7 n carr, 8 d vermeulen
9 c reianch, 10 h pollard
12 j serfontein. 13 d deallende
11 b habana. 15 w le roux, 14 c hendricks

16 a strauss, 17 t nyakane, 18 f malherbe, 19 p wilmese, 20 j du plessis, 21 f hougaard, 22 j gossen, 23 p lambie

Welcome back - your contributions are so ra re it worries me.   Somebody has to keep beeno in his place and although I try - I am not as successful as you are.
Your team looks good - but for Werner Kruger.   Where have you found that one.  There are 10 no 's better than himm in  SA.
You must be desperately trying to find somebody that the NZ loosheads can handle and come up with that one.

Huge improvement - I mean Van der Merwe.
Everything is fine this side.  Bu I worry about you - you did not take too muchof an interest in the F antasy competitions this RC and it bothers me.  .  Yoiur insight is of major improtance and the fact that you do not contribute 5% of the contributions you made previously - make us poorer as members.
Have fiun - but I sincerely hope that you would soon be ba ck in full strength.

@mikey,

yes very poor form on my part for the fantasy rugby, but i will make amends for that with future comps,

i will strive to be more active here, have been flatout at work and time off has been very limited,

always time for the All Blacks though, lolz,

and what about that All Blacks Bok test aye??? thats on the edge of ur seat game that everyone loves, with both supporters afterwards feeling that all too familiar feeling, LMAO,

big fan of pollard after that test, good head on his shoulders, just hope that meyer and ludeke dont screw him up which i think they will do,

You are spot on re Jean, Habana and Matfield.
Although I'd say Matfield was just as poor for the Bulls as he was for the Boks.
Love your Bok side. It's a side along my lines and would challenge your boys
