SA bid and the african vote

SA looked puzzled they did not get the african vote. Basically, the african vote should have got to SA on racist terms.

Except people prefer not to be racist and vote according to their point of view.

SA rugby is nothing on the african continent. It is not a partner. Other rugbys in Africa are tied to european nations. SA offers no prospect to them.

Beside, when they look at the english and the french squad, they can see players they can relate to and who were trained accordingly to join the international squad.

They do not see that in SA.

Except when expecting them to be racist, SA could not have got their vote.
