Dan Du plessis is a very under rated player and I think he is in very good form.....I always thought he is Bok Material just like his dad Michael....Senatla also great finisher like Mapimpi and Libbok is settling nicely in the fly half position.....Thomas “ The Tank “ du Toit is showing his class at Tight Head. Not a easy position to get good at and he is literally scrumming like a tank :)

I know this won't be popular, but Thomas is too tall for a 3...probably for a 1 too...but he does really well ATM...and has been for a few years now.

Hey Draad what do you mean with ATM? He is tall, but the only guy that I have seen him suffer against, was when he scrumed at loose head against Wilco Louw.

Ende...Nice one Draad....he is quite tall but he is doing well at scrum time particularly for his Height....but a guy that I would like to see back in a bok scrum, is Wilco Louw....Monster Tighthead.

Frans is a very experienced campaigner and good that he is still there to show the younger props the way.....hell we still have ox, Trevor... but Wilco must come back! Vincent must make space for Wilco.

Os du Randt (best loosehead ever) was same height as Thomas Du Toit (now 1) 

Some say that ideally all props should be a little less...3's take forces from all angle's ,1's get under opposite 3's to counteract.

There's been talk when props get too tall there are injuries. Probably slightly over exaggerated today as a wee bit of "softness" is creeping in to even rugby. In olden days it did not seem to matter much.

Draad there are many tall props these days and given he is doing so well it’s of no consequence Malherbe is tall - they are the same height
