SA 194/4
SA giving it a good go with Miller and de Villiers putting on a 100 run partnership.
Could be a good finish.
I hope so Chippo
But they just snagged Miller and Philander in two balls, 205/6
Still 96 off 12.4 overs..... certainly is in reach
Steyn needs to help AB here, if he keeps the rotation going, we could still do this
215/7
We had a bad game yes, and we can't win every one, I agree
But what I hate to see is the following, after ever game we lose, it's the same old kak
** We will learn from this loss
** We didn't do well in all three departments
** We will improve with this team of players
** Our bowling was good but not consistent
** We lost wickets at the wrong time
** We will learn from this loss
** We must fix our mistakes before the next game
** There was a bit of confusion with that run out, will work on it
** Very dissapointing
** We will learn from this loss
Sorry, but it's the same thing every time we lose, how much more can certain players learn from losses when you have played so many games
I will still back SA no matter what, but stop with the excuses, just outplay the Aussies.... simple
Chippo
The below from Supersport..
SA skipper De Villiers pulled no punches when asked to evaluate his team’s performance after the game.
“We didn’t get it right in all three departments today. Poor fielding, our bowling was good at times but not consistent and the batting we lost too many wickets at the wrong time which cost us,” said De Villiers.
“We have been playing some consistent cricket lately so it was very disappointing but we have Sunday to look forward to now to try and get those mistakes right,” he added.
Mike once again you're talking kak about Amla's slow batting and De Kock having to speed up his own to make up for it.....get a grip man!
De Kock got out because he played a poor shot,as I've pointed out, he reached for the ball, now if he had a bit of maturity he'd realize a different approach in playing arguably one of the best fast bowlers currently going around.
